Compacting Machine

Automation solution for a roll compacting press, to compact natural Uranium.

Features include:

• PLC based fully automatic plant (Closed loop row material bunker loading, controlled feeding, compacting,  weighing & filling and finally stacking the filled carboys).

• Handy custom built MMI showing machine mimic (RS485 interface).  This replaces all the panel switches for operating the machine and can be plugged into connectors provided at different locations in the plant.

• Emergency stop switches provided at different locations.

• Industrial computer with SCADA software (GE-Fanuc Cimplicity) showing trends, production log etc.
